Our commitment to our clients is consolidated through our bill of rights, providing them with the service that we promised to give them and trying to surpass their expectations.
BILL OF RIGHTS AND GUARANTEE
- We promise our clients that we only accept jobs that we know we can do properly.
- The objectives and the expected results for the client are clearly defined in detail in the Aquami Collaboration proposals. We are committed to providing the service promised and we will add value, trying to surpass expectations. Whenever it is feasible, this commitment will be formalized in the remuneration system, linking one part of it to the fulfilment of the objectives.
- Our clients are informed ahead of time about the basic aspects of our professional assistance and the professional fees and expenses that will be incurred as a result of our efforts.
- Our clients will be informed about the people assigned to their Project in advance and they will see their CVs. They will be directly involved in forming the team, which will be formalized in the collaboration proposal.
- We are completely honest in our work and we uphold the most absolute integrity in each of our actions. We never charge commission, if we recommend a supplier it is because we are strongly convinced that it is suitable for this job.
- We never include time commitments in our proposals. The client is completely free to terminate the work whenever they want without any further obligations, apart from paying the fees incurred up until that point in time.
- We guarantee the maximum confidentiality of the client’s data. We also promise not to take on clients that are competition of others from the office.
- We promise to keep the client informed as frequently as they want about the progress of their projects, fees incurred and any other information that might be relevant for the client.
- We want to grow with our clients and be with them during their life cycle; which is why they only get what they need and we promise not to provide them with anything else.
